The body and lid are 100 percent stainless steel. To ensure uniform heating, the bottom has a core of 4.06 mm thick aluminium sandwiched between two sheets of stainless steel. The base always stays flat, never bulges. Stainless steel stays bright, does not pit or corrode, is easy to clean and extremely hygienic. Can be used safely for light and deep frying and pressure cooking. Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction cooktops.

• The Body & Lid are made of Superior food grade (18Cr/8Ni) AISI 304 non-magnetic steel. Works on Gas, Induction, Electric, Ceramic & Halogen cooktops.
• The Extra-thick (5.8 mm thick) sandwich bottom stays flat, heats evenly and does not create hotspots. It has an external base of AISI 430 grade magnetic stainless steel which makes the cooker induction compatible
• Stainless Steel stays bright, does not pit, corrode or tarnish; is easy to clean and extremely hygienic. Stays looking new for years. Has a pressure-locked safety lid which cannot be opened while there is pressure inside. The Gasket lasts longer since it is not rubbed sideways. The safety valve is placed under the handle bar for greater safety.
