How to Initiate a Return:

  • Navigate to "My Profile" on the website.

  • Click on "My Account" to access your account settings.

  • Go to "Your Orders" to view the list of your recent orders.

  • Select the specific order you wish to return.

  • Choose the "Return Order" option.

Refund Process:

Upon approval of your return request, the refund will be processed and transferred to your bank account within 7-9 days once the product is delivered at our return Centre. We understand the importance of a prompt refund, and we are committed to making this process as efficient as possible.


How to Cancel an Order:

  • Visit "My Profile" on the website.

  • Access your account settings by clicking on "My Account."

  • Navigate to "Your Orders" to see your order history.

  • Select the order you want to cancel.

  • Opt for the "Cancel Order" option.

Refund for Prepaid Orders:

For prepaid orders that are canceled, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7-9 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

Note: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, hence kindly follow the steps mentioned in our Return policy.
